How To Treat Body Acne

AcneErasingSecrets.com There are so many things you can do in order to treat and begin to clear up body acne. The first thing that I recommend you do is to drink more water. Drink more spring or purified water each day and reduce or completely eliminate soda’s and any other drinks that have sugar. Then increase how many organic raw fruits and vegetables you eat on a daily basis… This will give your body the nutrition and health it needs internally to clear up body acne, bacne and all of it. Externally I recommend you get a skin brush and brush your skin to move your lymphatic system, this is lymphatic drainage which cleanses internal toxins which would otherwise break out of your skin and cause body acne. I also recommend that you get apple cider vinegar and spray that on your skin, your back, your face or wherever your acne and pimples are. These are just a few ideas! watch my other videos to learn more! You can get the skin brush for just 6 bucks here www.amazon.com You can get learn more about using apple cider vinegar as an acne treatment in this video: www.youtube.com the link to pick it up is in the description of that video as well. I believe an essential part of your treatment is to have a basic understanding about acne, the main causes and the best ways to get rid of acne

@tokiswartooths it can and could for some people for body acne, unless you wear something on your face it’s less likely… but for body/back acne I would recommend 100% organic cotton or hemp clothing… these are the most natural so they wouldn’t irritate the skin. I’ll have to make a vid abt this!

@acneerasingsecrets Also what is your opinion on clothes irritating the skin and causing breakouts? Do you know of the kinds of clothes that do this? I’ve heard tight clothing definitely doesn’t help but I like tight clothing! lol Thanks.

@tokiswartooths maybe a little bit, dry skin brushing is only done on the body… it doesn’t burn for me it just removes dead skin cells. Maybe just be software with it if it burns like that.

  5. tokiswartooths says:

With skin brushing should it burn a little bit while doing it, from the friction?

@shawna476 Facial moisturizer? for that I recommend the “acne facial day cream” I made a video about it so just search it on youtube… as far as body moisturizer that’s a good question! Anything that is natural and has natural ingredients really.

I’ll try this…my body acne is the worst…tell me what kind of moisturizer should I use once I’m out of the shower please.

@LolaAndLexi That’s a great question… yes the chemicals in the pool can cause problems. Chlorine filled pools do not help… now it it was the ocean on the other hand then it would be better b/c salt water really cleanses the skin really well. As far as swimming in a chlorine pool, just to take a shower after wards and I wouldn’t sit around soaking in it… It kinda sucks if that’s your only option though. Thanks for your compliments! :)

    Dear David
I’m a Have moderate body acne and it isn’t to bad but it’s not like oh wow she has such clear skin how lovely. I’m a also a swimmer and I know that the chemicals( I swim in a pool) in the water probably contribute to my problem. Any thoughts on what I could do? Or anything else for that matter. Thanks alot!!
    Ps ur videos are fantastic!

@dkatiebrown Yep, I recommend still working on eating a balanced nutritious diet and to use things like apple cider vinegar… clay’s, mud masks etc… Taking sea salt baths are great for body acne (or any skin condition) and drinking plenty of spring or purified water… watch “drinking water to clear skin” video. All of this will help heal the skin and acne wherever it is on the body… or any other skin condition for that matter.

  11. dkatiebrown says:

You say that body acne is still acne but what about cystic acne and boils? Can they be treated the same way? I’ve read that most ance on the buttocks especially is more likely a carbuncle not a pimple…is that true and if so how do you tell the difference and how would you recommend treating/preventing it?

@matix525 I don’t recommend it, it’s not natural. Google the ingredients with the word “safe” or “swallowed” after each ingredient and you’ll see why I don’t recommend it. I don’t recommend any big brand name really, only natural products because they work best.

  13. matix525 says:

@acneerasingsecrets can i use head and shoulders shampoo

@emacwakeup Thanks! A nail brush might be too rough b/c it’s made for nails which are tougher than your skin… I would just get a skin brush b/c they are pretty cheap and last forever.

  15. emacwakeup says:

Awesome tips.. ima try.. could u use a nail brush as a skin brush? Cuz it is rough… Thnx

  16. acneerasingsecrets says:

@thisisnotjustinhi Yes! for sure, I recommend taking sea salt baths in warm water… this sea salt does a great job healing, cleansing and exfoliating the skin all at once.

@xxxemmaroxxx I haven’t, but I don’t recommend the neutrogena brand because they have parabens, sodium lauryl sulfate or propylene glycol in their products and I don’t recommend any products with any of those ingredients. I recommend a natural product that has natural ingredients… Anything natural is better then something that has those ingredients b/c they aren’t good for your skin and are just temporary acne treatments… treating doesn’t cure acne :) Thanks for the comment!

  19. xxxemmaroxxx says:

Have you ever tried the Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash? If so, do you have any comments about it?
    Thanks!

@kevin2341000 Yep, I made a few videos specifically for this. one is called something like “recommended acne shampoo” and the other is “recommended acne treatment skin care products” Hope that this helps! You can search for those videos on my channel page by clicking “search” then typing in those terms… Hope this helps! Thanks for the question.

  21. kevin2341000 says:

Do you any suggestions of what kind of soap and shampoo to use?

@heroaddict1 Fluoride is not good for your teeth, that’s a myth…. This is a huge scam… The fluoride in water is “Sodium fluoride” which is bad for you… “Calcium fluoride” is what is ok for teeth in small amts but it’s not the same fluoride! Research these two… it’s really interesting. Thanks for the comment!

  23. heroaddict1 says:

actually, tap water has flouride which is good for your teeth. i’ve done research on bottle water and i learned hat some are just tap water repackaged, which is not regulated at all.
